Welcome to the tumblr social justice community. A few things to remember:

  • We liveblog all the debates.

  • We all wish there wasn’t misogyny in hip-hop, but if you get all racist about it, dumbthingswhitepplsay will ask you to taint wrangle a cactus.
  • Everyone doesn’t blog enough about something or another, and someone will call you out on it.
  • We still miss Anthony Weiner. It still hurts just as much as the first day he left us.
  • If you use the term “feminazi,” your opinion is automatically disregarded.
  • On that note, no, all opinions don’t have to be respected. Same goes for your fee fees. Your white tears amuse us. 
  • We don’t “tumblr bomb” polls. We correct them.
  • We don’t understand the otherkin folks, but we’ll stick up for them if you decide you wanna be a dick.
  • We cuss. A lot.
  • Read a goddamn book (or at least do a google search) before you come asking us to teach you sociology 101.
  • Once a week, we will all deny being a part of the tumblr social justice community.
